Orders placed over the weekend

All orders placed after 2pm on Fridays will not be dispatched until Monday. This means if you order on Saturday or Sunday, your order will not be dispatched until Monday. Your order will still be shipped with the selected shipping method but won’t be fulfilled until Monday.

Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Tracked 24

Royal Mail Tracked 48 costs just £3.75 and Royal Mail Tracked 24 costs £4.50, orders over £30 will receive free Tracked 48 delivery. You can select your preferred option at checkout, Royal Mail aim to deliver all parcels within 1-3 working days. This service is trackable and you will receive updates via SMS as well as by email.

Returns and Refunds

As the items that we sell are perishable we do not accept returns. If your order is delivered to you damaged, please contact us immediately by emailing info@sweetsandoccasions.co.uk along with photographic evidence. If your order arrives in a damaged or faulty condition, we will only offer you a refund for damaged items if you have signed for the parcel as damaged upon receipt.
